At AgeDefy Labs, we believe in beauty that’s better for your skin and the planet. Our Sustain, Save & Refill program rewards you for returning your used glass bottles so we can sanitize, refill, and reuse them—helping to reduce waste and lower our environmental impact.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

1. Only AgeDefy Labs glass containers are eligible for credit. Please do not send packaging from other brands.

2. Bottles must be clean and free of product residue and label adhesive before shipping. This makes the sanitization process much easier for us!

3. Damaged bottles (cracked, chipped, or broken) will be responsibly recycled but are not eligible for credit.

4. We also accept our packing materials (cornstarch peanuts, kraft paper, cardboard boxes, paper tape) for reuse or recycling.

HOW TO START

Step 1: Clean your bottles thoroughly, removing all product residue and soaking off the labels. Our labels are biodegradable and can be removed easily with warm water.

Step 2: Include your full name and email address inside the package. Without this, we cannot guarantee you will receive your refill credit.

Step 3: Ship your bottles to us! Please do not drop them off in person.

Step 4: Once we receive your bottles, we will apply credit to your account in the form of points:
